Rural Wellbeing Support
Do you live in one of the more rural parts of Harrogate District? Are you struggling with your mental health? We’re here to help!
Our outreach service provides local access to kind and compassionate mental health support.
Suitable for low-level mental health problems, we offer:
- Information on mental health conditions, including coping tips.
- Signposting and referrals to other helpful services, such as befriending or counselling.
- Assistance in finding groups and activities to improve social connections.

Our outreach efforts also extend beyond our appointments. We have hosted cooking demonstrations, wellbeing groups, mental health training courses, and more in our outreach areas. Please visit each location’s page for more information.
