Line Manager Mental Health Training

Give your managers the confidence to support employee wellbeing.

Managers are often the first to notice when a team member is struggling, but many don’t feel equipped to have conversations about mental health or know how best to respond.

This practical 90-minute session gives line managers the knowledge, confidence and tools to recognise concerns, start supportive conversations and signpost colleagues to appropriate support, while understanding the boundaries of their role.
