What Does Counselling Involve

Your first session will be an open discussion of how we can work together to help you. We recommend a minimum of six sessions, but we can offer up to 20 sessions where required.

Counselling involves exploring your thoughts and feelings to understand certain behavioural traits and how we can change them and achieve your goals.

“I feel like I have been set free from my past childhood trauma. I have realised my opinion does matter. I feel lighter. I feel like I can ask for help. I feel stronger. I am now having real emotions instead of feeling shut down. I feel like I have been released to live my life for me and not to please others.”
