The Bright Bling Ball

An incredible £37,000 was raised at our 2026 Bright Bling Ball in support of Mind in Harrogate District’s Children and Young People’s Mental Health Service.

Held at the Orangery at Newby Hall, the dazzling fundraising event brought together local businesses, supporters and community members for an evening of celebration, entertainment and generosity. Thanks to the support of sponsors, donors and guests, the funds raised will help provide vital early intervention and emotional wellbeing support to children and young people across the Harrogate district, ensuring they can access help when they need it most.

The event was made possible thanks to the generous support of John and Pat Barnes, who sponsored the ball. This meant that funds raised from ticket sales, the auction and raffle can go directly to supporting local children and young people.

All funds raised from The Bright Bling Ball will support our Children and Young People’s Mental Health Service, helping us reach more young people at a critical time.

Launched in early 2025, this service provides early intervention and emotional wellbeing support to children and young people across our local area — helping them feel heard, supported and better equipped to cope with life’s challenges.
