New Wellbeing Group in Masham

Our aim for the group is to be an informal, activity-based community group centred around wellbeing and emotional health and open to all.

Meeting monthly, the group will hold a series of taster sessions, giving people the opportunity to try a range of non-clinical approaches to maintaining and improving wellbeing.

The next meeting is on Tuesday 4th April, 7-9 pm:

  • An introduction to breath work and meditation with Jane McPherson
  • Mindfulness Colouring
  • A chat about the future and format of the group including an activity program

The White Bear at Masham has kindly agreed to host us and we would like this to be a community group, rather than a Mind group, so we are open to your suggestions on how the group functions.  We hope to see you there!
