Outreach Mental Health and Wellbeing Survey

Our outreach service in Ripon, Masham, Boroughbridge and Pateley Bridge is now several months old and we are considering the future of mental health and wellbeing support in these areas. To this end, we have created a survey to learn about the community’s views on, and awareness of, current mental health and wellbeing support in their local area.

We are looking to establish whether there are any areas of unmet need, and are also keen to hear your ideas and suggestions on any specific groups or activities that could be set up to improve wellbeing and social connections. Ultimately, we would also like to create a mental health plan for the community, possibly involving establishing a group who meet semi-regularly (or as need arises) to address issues relating to mental health and wellbeing.

The best way for us to support the community is by asking the community themselves what they need, and so we would be very grateful if anybody residing in these areas could complete/circulate our survey.

The survey should only take approximately 5-7 minutes and is available online at:

We are hoping to receive all responses by 30th September 2022.

If anyone would prefer a paper copy, or is able to display/distribute paper copies on our behalf, then please contact one of our Outreach Workers (Ruth/Kirsty) who are also happy to conduct the survey verbally should anyone require it.
