In today’s fast-paced world, mindfulness is becoming an increasingly popular tool to help manage stress, reduce anxiety, and promote emotional wellbeing. Our Introduction to Mindfulness session is a practical, engaging workshop designed to give teams a meaningful introduction to the benefits of mindfulness in everyday life.
Led by Mark, an experienced mindfulness tutor from Mind in Harrogate, this 90-minute session combines scientific insight with practical experience. Participants will learn the principles behind mindfulness, explore its impact on mental wellbeing, and discover simple techniques they can start using straight away.
