Mental Health Training for Businesses
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis. Educating people about mental health helps to open up conversations, break down stigma, and encourage mental health resilience.
Our courses are delivered by a quality assured instructor who has attended the Instructor Training programme accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health and is trained to keep people safe and supported while they learn. On completion, attendees have access to the MHFA SupportApp® which provides ongoing support, resources and additional learning opportunities.
This is a two day course valued at £325 per delegate. Group discounts are available. We limit numbers to 16 people per course so that instructors can keep people safe and supported while they learn.
Please note that just like physical first aid, MHFA skills need to be refreshed. It is recommended to attend a MHFA Refresher course every 3 years in order to keep your skills up to date.
