National Self Care Week 2023
13th to 19th November
We will be working alongside North Yorkshire Libraries to promote self-care this National Self Care Week. Self-care techniques and general lifestyle changes can help manage the symptoms of many mental health problems. They may also help prevent some problems from developing or getting worse.
Join us at the following libraries for drop-in support, including tips on how to improve and maintain your mental and emotional wellbeing. You can also get involved in some mindfulness activities such as colouring, origami and yarn basket weaving. There’s no need to book!
