Mind in Harrogate District outreach services are front-page news in the Nidderdale Herald since we launched our weekly hubs in Pateley Bridge, Boroughbridge, Ripon and Masham. The outreach service provides local access to mental health support, information, advice and training opportunities.

Flexible packages of mental health awareness and education sessions, as well as formal Mental Health First Aid training, are available as part of our support for local businesses, organisations and schools. We also hope to develop groups and activities in the four areas, working with Route 1 to Wellness.

Individual appointments are available between 10.00 and 12.00 and should be pre-booked directly with the community development worker for your location.
