Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness week is 13th – 19th May and Mind in Harrogate District will be at Harrogate Library on 13th May, so come along for a chat.

We are also working with a number of companies during the week to raise awareness for employers to support their staff.

What better time to show your support for better mental health than during mental health awareness week?

Mental health problems can affect anyone, any day of the year, but this week is a great time to have a chat with a friend, family member or colleague and have a think about your own wellbeing too.
