Lorraine

Lorraine Miller, MBACP

Person-centred Integrative Counsellor

I provide a safe space to help clients discuss and process difficult thoughts and feelings. Often, past events can be re-examined in an attempt to understand them and feel able to move forward. Sometimes, current events are the focus, with decisions being considered and the future being imagined.

Luisa Maturi, MBACP

Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor

I believe that our mental health significantly affects both our physical and emotional wellbeing and so should be viewed as a priority. As each of my clients is unique I spend time creating an individual therapy plan that will address their concerns and in doing so increase their self awareness and understanding. I appreciate how difficult making the decision to engage in counselling can be and so I ensure that I create a safe space for my clients and I am grateful for the trust that they place in me by allowing me to join them on their therapeutic journey.
